Upware LMT Pro Services, KP Investing Theft by swindle! My family was left homeless after signing and giving $2500 to LMT Pro Services to move into a home that we were pre approved for. We have requested a refund Peoria, Arizona

A rip off company named Owner wiz referred my husband to a company called Upware/KP Investing LLC which were investors who purchase homes that you can buy back from them. We were going to close 3 times and the wire never came through. They told us that the Investor pulled out and we had to find a new home. They also said they had a new company called LMT prosecuted that would get us a loan to purchase a home on are own. We had to pay a few of $2500 and we could find a home. When we found the new home the realitor wrote up the contract after receiving the approval letter. We were supposed to close and the communication with LMT was horrible so we canceled and requested a refund. They said they were sending our money back numerous times, but we have yet to receive anything. Is there a class action suit I can join? Someone please help.
