9/13 phoned again but pressed selection to order flowers a woman came on the phone rude and unwilling to listen or help and told me to call back in five minutes. when i phoned back five minutes later, the second operator that answered explained that i had reached the call center and that she would email customer service for me.
I phoned a seventh time the next day, and a representative named "wally" said he was sorry and that my credit card would be credited, but not to expect delivery of the flowers.
today is 9/20 and my credit card has not been credited, no flowers have been delivered, and no one from the company has phoned or emailed in response to my attempts at reaching them.
