a week before valentines day i placed to orders of flowers, to be delivered vday. they never came. i emailed customer service, they said there COULD be a delay and if so they would be sent fedex overnight. Its been a few days, and still no flowers. i emailed cs again, and no response. i called the 800 number, was on hold 4 ever and never go through. the 800 # says they have online live chat, where?? i havent seen it.
