I ordered approx. $150.00 worth of LED interior lights for my Dodge Ram. The lights arrived, I installed the lights & they didn"t function properly. I called them for advise & was told sometimes they don't work correctly on Dodge trucks. I asked why they didn't put that on the website to prevent customers from having this problem. I was instructed to just send them back. I asked about a return number of some kind and was told again just to mail them back. I sent them back & never heard a word. called them back & of course they never received them. called again & was told sometimes it takes up to 6 months. that was about 5 months ago & still no credit or contact from them. Chalked it up as poor business practice & highly discourage any purchasing from this company.

This customer was advised he could return his item for a full refund. The customer claims he mailed item back, but we never received item. Customer has never provided us with a tracking number or receipt or anything else to prove he mailed back item. Our offer stands to refund this customer in full once we receive the item back. If you have a tracking number, or even a postal receipt from when you shipped the item, please provide it, as you have not done so up until this point.
This customer was not "ripped off" in any way whatsoever.
