I am extremely pissed off, and this has never happend to me before!! I get an email today stating that my flowers were sent to a hospital, but the patient checked out, later I will attach the email from the scam sucking money hungry terrorists!! I somehow got an email from them saying this, but when I call to try to fix there error they say customer service does not work on weekends and to call back Monday, need I remind you all, I got the email this morning Saturday!!!! I orderd flowers for my g/f, b/c of her birthday, and her Birthday is tomorrow on December 4th.
I ordered these flowers on November 30th, 2005!! So this makes me even more irate, so I call them back and just let my frustration out, of course without telling them my invoice #.. But they sure heard alot of profanity!! I also called that guy Alif thanks to everyone posting his #'s, and left a long cussing message for him too!!
Also, I read everyone elses reports about overcharging! I called my bank, and see that the charge was 5.00 over than my invoice statment I recieved in my email, this is completely illegal, and believe me I will contact everyone I know, which is alot of laywers and Gov't officals!!! Now the flowers wont make it to my g'f, and this is the worst experience I have ever had!! Who lets a terrorist do business in Canada? Attached below is a copy of the email that they sent me!! I clearly told them the address of my recipient which is a residential address and not a d**n Hospital! This is absurd and unacceptable!!! I called again and wanted something done about this, so I called some guy that works at the company and tells me FedEx messed up or something! So I called FedEx International myself, and they explain to me that no orders with that name or address has gone out!! Be aware people, do not buy flowers or a d**n thing from this place!! All they do is take your money and screw you in the a*s!! Seems like their testimonials are made up by the terrorist Alif Sommani himself!!!! I also filed a complaint on FTDs website b/c they sponser those morons! I wont quit till this company goes down the drain, just believe me. I will use all my resources, and they will be sorry!!!!
You placed an order with us Nov 30th to be sent to a hospital Dec 3rd.
