SO YOU ORDERED FLOWERS FROM URBANFLORIST ...SO NO FLOWERS DELIVERED DAYS LATER? NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE TO TRACK ORDERS ..ONLY ANSWERING MACHINES, BUT IF YOU PRESS FOR SALES YOU RIGHT AWAY GET A SALES PERSON WHICH I MAY ADD IS ALSO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, ITS A SMALL OFFICE ABOUT USUALLY 3-10 PERSONS TAKING SALES CALL BUT NO ONE EVER BOTHERS TO TAKE A CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL OR CHEK THE VOICE MAIL TILL ABOUT MAYBE 2PM EASTERN OR LATER or MAYBE NEVER THAT DAY. WHEN ITS TOO LATE TO DO ANYTHING OR FIX ANYTHING FOR THE SAME DAY ORDERS, THEY JUST IGNORE OR ERASE YOUR MESSAGES.

THIS IS A FORMER EMPLOYEE TALKING, AND BELIEVE ME I'M GOING TO DO ALL I CAN IN MY POWER TO BRING ALL I KNOW TO MEDIA'S ATTENTION AND ALL THE PEOPLE WHO ARE AND HAVE BEEN MISLEAD BY THIS COMPANY.

WHERE IS THE JUSTICE SYSTEM, WHERE IS THE GOVERNMENT, THE BBB, THE HUMAN RESOURCES?

WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THIS COMPANY AND WITH THE EMPLOYEES IS JUST NOT RIGHT...ITS HORRIFYING AND I'LL TELL YOU NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE WILL TELL YOU THE TRUTH ABOUT THE COMPANY BECAUSE CALLS ARE RECORDED AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS WHO ARE THE SAME PEOPLE WHO TAKE THE SALES CALLS NEVER EVER TELL YOU THE TRUTH, THEY WONT EVEN HALF THE TIME GIVE YOU THEIR REAL NAME, AND THERE'S A LIE OR AN EXCUSE FOR EVERY BAD THING THAT HAPPENS ..WHETHER ITS NON DELIVERY, OR ABOUT A REFUND, OR ABOUT QUALITY OF THE FLOWERS THEY LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING AND MAKE EXCUSES FOR EVERYTHING.

PEOPLE PLEASE, WHEN YOU GO ON GOOGLE, PRESS ON LOCAL AND FIND A LOCAL FLORIST TO ORDER FLOWERS FROM, DONT SEARCH ON THE WEB AND PAY SOMEONE ACROSS THE COUNTRY TO SEND A BOX OF FLOWERS THAT ARE USUALLY DEAD AND COST YOU A FORTUNE.

BELIEVE ME, YOUR CREDIT CARDS, YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS SO NOT SAFE AND SECURE, EVEN NEW EMPLOYEES WHO STARTED 2 DAYS AGO CAN SEE ALL THIS INFO, AND IS AVAILABLE OPENLY TO EVERYONE, YOU MIGHT EVEN HAVE NOTICED THAT YOU ALMOST ALWAYS GET CHARGED IF NOT DOUBLE OF WHAT YOU WERE QUOTED BUT ATLEAST 5-20 DOLLARS MORE PER ORDER.

FOR THE SAME ORDER YOU PAY 70.00 OR MORE FOR, YOU ONLY GET FLOWERS THAT ARE WORTH NOT EVEN 10.00, CHEAPER THAN SAFEWAY FLOWERS, BELIEVE ME.

AT THIS POINT I CAN WRITE A FEW BOOKS ON THIS COMPANY, AND IM GONNA DO EVERYTHING I CAN TO GET EVERYONE'S ATTENTION AND STOP THEM FROM BEING CHEATED.

JUST THIS PAST WEEK OR SO 10 PEOPLE WERE HIRED, AND AFTER NOT EVEN WORKING A DAY ABOUT 6 OR 7 OF THEM LEFT THE COMPANY.

THE EMPLOYEES PAY CHEQUES BOUNCE EVERY FEW WEEKS. AND AT THIS TIME I KNOW PEOPLE WHO HAVEN'T BEEN PAID FOR THE PAST 3WEEKS AT ALL, AND THE LABOUR BOARD IS BEING ADVISED ABOUT THESE ISSUES ALSO.

THIS COMPANY HAS CHANGED THEIR BUSINESS ACCOUNT FROM PROBABLY 14 IF NOT MORE BANKS TO MY KNOWLEDGE, THE OWNER AND CEO AND THE HUMAN RESOURCES PERSON ARE HYPOCRITES, THEY HAVE NO REMOURSE, THEY HAVE NO FEELINGS WHAT SO EVER.

PLEASE HELP ME FORWARD THIS EMAIL TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS I CAN, AND I WILL GIVE YOU ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS IF YOU HAVE AS I KNOW THE COMPANY IN AND OUT, IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS PLEASE EMAIL ME AND I WILL TRY MY VERY BEST TO FOLLOW UP, AND ONE MORE THING THIS IS NOT IN ANY WAY TO GET BACK TO THE COMPANY, BUT TO EDUCATE EVERYONE AND LET THEM KNOW THAT THIS IS NOT RIGHT AND NEEDS TO BE STOPPED AND WITH YOUR HELP, AND YOUR INFORMATION AND EVIDENCE AND EMAILS, I WILL BE SENDING ALL THE INFORMATION TO AUTHORITIES IN VANCOUVER, BC WHERE THE COMPANY IS LOCATED AND ALSO DELIVER THE INFORMATION AND THE FRAUD THE'VE DONE TO THE GOVERNMENT AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND ALL THE TV STATIONS.

The funny thing is i heard about this site at Urbanflorists office, which is a pretty dingy place if you ask me for a company that says they are 5th in North America in terms of florist delivery companies that service NA. I noticed how people rarely pick up calls and yeah they do pay with cheques. Now i have worked in part time jobs for years and i have NEVER heard about something like this.



The place did seem a little odd to me, i mean on some days they only have 1 person working. Now how is that even remotely close to running a business properly. Thank god someone AT THE company spoke about this site, i would have stayed there and worked and realized how bad it is, this site has been very very very imformative. The best way to avoid any problems with this company is just to do what everyone else has said.



Open up your white pages or yellow pages, or go on your local city search engine and look up local florists, you will find deals, hell i bought my mom 3 dozen high end roses for 50 bucks at Safeway on commercial drive.
