From what I remember they stole peoples information from so called payday loans and now are trying to collect monies anyway they can
Just let the voicemail pick it up then make a record of all the calls
The forward them to the appropriate law enforcement agency
You cannot be arrested for a debt unless it involves a bad check
Had one of these idiot agencies do the same to me - sued em and won and the fines against the "agency" keep adding up in every court appearance my attorney makes - to date - $4050.00 for one month

You have rights and anyone that starts a collection attempt with threats of arrest is a scam and they use it as a scare tactic to get you to pay money you do not owe.
