Us Credit Management - rusty hilger fraudulant ripoff untruthful no feelings for others Irving Texas

this company contacted me about helping me get out of debt and settling my credit cards. i paid them the fees that they asked for . this included the amount they said they needed to negoiate on my behalf as well as the fee they were charing me to do this.

they seattled one credit card for me and than said i didnt have enough money to seattle the restthey never contacted any of the credit card co.s so my interest on the cards just kept on claiming and the bad part was i didn't even know what was happening. i tried to call them on several occassions but they would not answer thier phone

finally i took them to court in the state of nh and put a siut against them for 5000.00 this is omly a portion of the money i gave them . i won the suit against the co and also rusty hilger but now they won't pay . there is a civil suit going on in tx against them i tried to get on it but the lawyer won't take any more on .

if anyone can help me collect my money i would appreciate the help. also if anyone is interested rusty hilger now lives in ok. oklahoma city he stays at hi mother-inlaws home he has also started a new bussiness.thank you .
