The operators of this company uses several aliases and the sale pitch is that they are a Christian Based organization that can help you started by setting a LLC company for you online making money working from home.The catch, you get pay from revenue generated by your LLC supposedly a website they incorporate. They required you pay a fees within the range of $300 ~ $15,000.The complaint is that this the company misrepresent it services and lied about promises of making $500 for each new sign up. This is a bait and switch operation. Once payment is received, further help disappeared and the so called LLC company never generate any income.

If you really want to find out about the people who own this company check this out.
I suggest that everyone go to the Arizona corporate commission and really research who you are in business with.
Lance Raymond Himes aka Lance Raymond Hines, Raymond Hines. The CEO of the company is a rapist and he thinks it cool. Please know there is nothing Christian about this man. Although his name is not on any of the current LLC alias of US Doc assist he is associated with AAssist.com, LLC, High Strung, LLC, Direct Merchant Network LLC,. Lance chooses not to get his hands dirty so he uses his so called family members to be the front man on all business documents to avoid the law. This is who you are giving your money to:

Leary Darling. "The stupid Uncle" also a felon. He likes to assault and murder people. You can find Leary's name as a member of US Doc Assist LLC, Business Starter LLC, and First Business LLC. Leary is also the statutory agent for Express Merchant Network LLC, and Business Starter LLC.

And last but not least, poor Vanessa Hobbs, daughter Anna Hobbs. She is a member and statutory agent for US Doc Assist. She has no clue about anything. I feel for the girl. Feds take it easy on her.
Kericia Boykins now she is'nt part of the family but knows Lance well on a professional and personal level is the statutory agent for USJA LLC and AAssist LLC.
I am just scratching the surface here folks...Please be aware of who you give your money to. They lie, cheat, steal and kill to get ahead... and they call themselves Christians?.. what a joke. Rapists and murders should not be having so much fun on your dime!
