This company has been sued a couple times by the fcc trying to protect customers and they have actually won because they technically are not breaking the law. Now they are misleading people however the script is a play with words and customers are truley not listening to whats being said they don't promise you any thing they only blurt out a lot of facual statistics any way if you find yourself caught up in this call your card company and dispute the charge the more charge backs they get the closer they will be to getting shut down because master card and visa will not allow them to continue to use thier services with lots of chargeback also if you threaten to call or report them to the bbb they pretty much always give you a refund you don't have to be irate when you call but don't back down they cant hang up on you! in the future you should come to websites like this one before buying anything over the phone or the internet. honestly i worked for this company and there are some people they actually help but because most people don't clearly understand that they are spending money for a study guide that is not required but in some cases may be good they feel scamed.There are no guarantees with a job of any kind next time go straigt to the source all the infomaton you need can be found on the usps website it's not as easy to comprehend and in my opinion a little disorganized but it's free.
