I too got involved with start up essentials home base business program and was provided with a laptop computer, dvd's, and work book binder. However i realized after studying the program, and trying to build the website, you needed to have html skills, and the ability to write good word content. I got so frustrated with this program i left it alone, continuing to pay the $129.00 a month. The contract i agreed to is non-cancelabel contract with usa card services. I have tried to contact start-up essentials, but they have an answering service, however they advertise 24 hour support. Now i want to find a way to cancel this contract with usa card services. I also found out on the internet that they may be involved with FTC charges, however i couldn't verify it. Is there someway i can cancel this contract?

Just recently found out that Stewart Allen & Associates (collection agency for A-1 Leasing has put a negative report on my Credit History.
To all those individuals that has dealings with this collection agency, be sure to check your credit history. And if you have a negative report on your record call Transunion at 1-800-916-8800 and report that A-1 Leasing is in litigation on a Class Action Lawsuit and that negative report can possibly be removed. They will call the collection agency to verify and will remove the negative report due to the Class Action Lawsuit.
