When i stopped paying my bill to the company they sent a lawyer my way to resume payments. Upon explaining my issue, the lawyer and the company both agreed to make sure my books would be sent out right away. This did happen until recently.
This morning i tried to contact the company about not receiving my magazines yet again, only to find that the company has changed their number without contacting me. I called information to try and find the new number, only to find, this company has no number listed. I then looked on the internet to find that i was not alone in my hunt for satisfaction from the company. I feel that i have been totally taken advantage of and would like to see the company exposed for their ways of doing business! This company has been reported to the BBB.
