Hi everyone,

My name is Tiffany and I would like to file a report on the company that calles themselves usabenefits.com. These people introduces themselsves to me via email telling me i was able to get an advance through them at no cost to me. Now i just went to put more money into my account 197.00 to be exact and found out that my balance after the 197 was 145.00. I asked the teller how that could be when i had 23-00 in my account before depositing the 197. they then informed me that i had taken money out of my account that i didnt have in there so i was charged 28.00.

This website that was supposed to be free and that i did not give authorization to access my account had gotten into my checking account and taken 31.98 out of my account and then replaced it. so i was charged by my bank the 28.00 for the overdraft fee. then the sencond transaction the did was charged my account 19.95 and once again i was charged by my bank for 28.00 for another overdraft. at this point usabenefits.com took the last and final 19.95 out of my account and did not replace it.

The bottom line is that at no time did I give this website permission to take or replace any amount in my account. Because of this company I have been charged 56.00 from bank and now cant afford to pay my bills. I wouldve had enought had they not gotten into my account and messed around with it. I am not sure what to do as i have been to the bank to talk to them and they are unwilling to put money back into my account that was taken. They did however cancel my atm card and cut it up for me after telling me that they would not send me another one until i figured out what happened although i dont know if they can do that either considering thats what type of account i wanted and still have money in my account. Now i have to figure out how to cancel this usabenefits.com before they attemp to get back into my account and screw some more stuff up. You know this really sux for me because I have to be able to get to my money when i need it as I have a 9 month old daughter and being a first time mom i forget alot of things at the store and i need to be able to run back and get it and have my money readily available to me and not unless its on a weekday before 5 pm i cant .

Thank you for your time
