I asked that they cancel the order and refund all of my money and they refused to cancel the order. This is unethical business practice and these web sites are ripping people off, and it is usually the ones that do not have the money because they are going after the FREE TRIAL! These web sites need to be shut down. They also have an agency the bills your credit card, one that settles the billing errors and one that takes the orders and none of them will help. They just keep pointing the finger back to the other agent that is supposed to be the one that can help you.
