Usbi Direct Dialed Calls double charged me for long distance that i have in bundleform, also charged $1.19 a min for long distance. Annapolis Maryland

I have a bundel service with windstream that gives me 100 minuets of long distance.but i usually only get about half of my long distance and the rest is billed by mci through usbi direct. all of these calls are usually one to three minuets in length and the average price of a phone call through usbi direct is $1.19 a min. . I have had this problem for over four months now and i have finally decided to file a complaint. This is apparently not an icelated incedent by looking at the complaints. These people have to be stoped, for every person that does something about it how many doesn't.
