So we dealt with it. I have had to reinstall the OS (operating System) about 5 times in the past year. this company is just awful for service. I have left over 20 calls for customer service and have not had 1 single call returned. I truely feel like Viscom just tries to grind you down and wear you. This way you won't call anymore. They just want you ti give up. I honestly say that this is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. The owner JIM is a crook-
At this juncture I am still trying to hunt down a keyboard. I have been looking since Nov. 2007 and placing calls and emails daily. I even called the MN atty gen.
If anyone knows about parts them please contact me ASAP.
Stay away from these products and more importantly this co. all costs.
