To make a long story short, the computer worked for about 2 weeks. It took forever to get it fixed. Shop NBC did not back the merchandise. V2Premier tech support is about a joke.
It took months for us to get the computer back. It worked for about 4 months after it was fixed, and now sits in a box in the basement, because it is no longer working properly. We have not even had the computer for a year.
My wife and I are debating on trying to get them to fix it again, because our warranty is still good, or if we should just find someone locally, or if we should just sell off all the functioning parts and take a huge financial loss on it.
We recently purchased a new computer through a company that supplies quality mechandise, and will back it as well. V2Premier and Shop NBC should not be able sell anything to anyone because they apparently don't care about the consumers, just money.
