V2premier, Viscom extrem ripoff Chaska Minnesota

i bought a computer in 2004 , for a price of $1600, this computer failed in 5 days ,this thing burntup the mother board the fan ,computer could shut down by its self,i was given the run around for almost over two months, i was given every line in the book, i finely come to the conculsion this will never get resolved and i told them i dont want this pile of junk, and they need to pick up this useless pile of crap, at this point they agreed to send me another tower, i made the mistake of saying yes,

another tower came after 3 weeks, i was happy that i finily was out of the wood works, but to my supprise when i plugged it in i can hear a niose comming out of this tower so i called back and explained this problem, i was told it was normal, this tower started to shut down by it self and the noise got very loud,it started to vibrate to where it was shaking the table it was sitting on finilly it just stopped, and would not powerup,

at this point they would not take my calls or deverted my calls to a recorder where i would leave message after message and not get any answers or replys at this point i put over $650 dollers to get it just to run,i was told that my warranty was gone it had expired, so i asked them to send me a copy of all the paper work including my invoice,so that i can get this in writing ,they never sent me a sitich of paper, of any warranty or invoice of the the computer purchase,except the credit card company,demanding payment,

i refused to pay, i explained to the credit company that i had warrened your firm of all the problems i was having and that you stop all payment to this company but your firm did nothing,so this is your neglect of all the disputes i brought up against you partner and you did nothing ,Now they have destoryed my credit, i want to know how i can get them to stop this unfair and delibrate act, all together this has costed me over $950, and a destoryed credit, i need this people to get off my back, i want to know how i can get back my $950,and my credit back,
