V2premier - Viscom Technologies Another Victim of V2Premier & Shop NBC Poor product & no customer service ! Cout me in on the lawsuit. ripoff Silicon Valley California

-We purchased an extended warranty (hardware) from V2Premier and were told that we could purchase the extended software warranty at any time. What they didn't tell us was that when we purchased the extended software warranty we would have to wait 7-14 days before we could receive help; even though we were paying with our credit card.
-Our computer crashed and we had to get a new hard drive at which time we were informed we have to purchase the recovery cd for $24.99. (They say this is not a cost for the cd, but is a processing fee and shipping and handling fee). -To receive the recovery cd without purchasing the extended software warranty we have to sign a waiver that releases V2Premier from any responsibility.
