On october 10,2006 I was found guilty of DUI first..The judge gave me VASAP in Roanoke Va. I was given a probation officer ,we will call him SIMON!. He gave me a probation agreement of 1 year,,what the judge ordered. I started the 10 vasap classes and had the ignition interlock install as I was ordered to do. 90 days later SIMON called me in and pulled my life history up on the computer,,he then said"I THINK your probation should be 2 years...and changed it. I continued on and completed 10 weeks of classes, 7 Months of ignition interlock. I went back to his office and he then set me up with an 'evaluation" with his female friend across the hall,we will call her ANITA. After giving her 50.00 cash she gave me 15 more weeks of groups at 28.00 cash each! Payable in cash at the end of each class.
The counselor was the butcher for the store below where the groups were held. After completing all of this I asked Simon to enter the information into the DMV computer so I could get my restricted license. He would not..18 months later I got into trouble and he had my VASAP revoked, when I was given 1 year of VASAP to start with. My license have been revoked for 5 years now.
It took me a year to complete all of this, and thousands of dollars, and my license are suspended for LIFE...VASAP needs to answer to someone..Its all about the money. They are raking in an astounding amount of money witch no one regulates. Not even the IRS and most of it is cash! The head man of VASAP is a senator in Virginia. I have wrote the commission in Richmond to no avail. The address is Commission on VASAP, 701E. Franklin St. Suite 1110, Richmond Virginia 23219, if you have any questions . I have tried repeatedly to talk to my VASAP office to find out what to do to remove this revoked status on the DMV computer to no avail. I gave VASAP 1,389.00 and got my license revoked for LIFE.

I'm glad Virginia is helping me to take back MY right to be on the road and NOT be injured or killed by a drunk driver. And - you are full of it. The police don't storm peoples houses because they say "sh*t" on the phone. The police don't have the resources to punish you for a potty mouth, there is way more to it than you are telling. Also, if the police do storm your house for any reason spitting at them is really stupid. It is not going to make them any less likely to arrest you. If anything it will make them take an interest in seeing you charged because you act like an idiot. If the police do anything illegal to you the place to address it is later on with an attorney. Fighting and spitting at cops - clean cops or dirty cops - is never going to improve your situation.

Tell it to the children that lost their parents because a drunk driver KILLED them. Tell it to the father that lost a child this way, or husband of a loved one. You compare this to a parking ticket and you think it is unfair to be treated differently.
You are not showing remorse for your potentially deadly act, just anger at the injustice brought on you by YOU. I hope someday you learn but, it doesn't seem likely.
I have made my share of mistakes in my younger days but I learned from them and matured. I'm a little too old for such juvenile behavior, so don't hold your breath waiting.

You sound like one of those PERFECT people who "just hasn't gotten cought yet". Its always you self rightious ones that take the laws side,,I pray you get arrested tomorrow and abused by the cops and screwed royally. Because once they get your number they'll be back again and again. Yes I got in to it with the ROANOKE COUNTY law again. It was because I said SHIT over the phone..They then came to my house that I own and drug me out on my sidewalk and handcuffed my hands behind my back to my feet and kicked me..I spat on the officers foot..FELONY ASSULT on a cop...wow its so easy to get a felony in Roanoke County,,come on up here mr inspector...I've never done drugs on been convicted of that,,never stold anything..I just drank and drove,,NEVER GOT a ticket for anything traffic related in my life,,no parking,speeding ect..I bet you have idiot..Your day is comming asswipe..I hope soon,,then I don't want to here you bitch..You don't know anything TOBY,,what kind of a mans name is that,,bye TOBY BOY..

You asked what I did to get my license revoked for LIFE, I didn't make it to the end of the
24 month probation that my VASAP officer changed it to , I FULLY complied with all he told me to do.
I satisfied what the judge(Honorable judge Savage in Suffolk Va) ordered me to do,,1 year of VASAP.
I completed 10 weeks of VASAP classes,7 months Ignition Interlock,15 weeks of Intervention classes,.SO it should have ended there after I completed the 1 year Original Agreement signed by Simon Jones..The Judge did not give me any probation. When Simon Jones went over my past 20 year history and then IMPLEMENTED another year of VASAP,He became the JUDGE. This is Clearly double jeopardy . He increased my VASAP because he "THOUGHT" he should punish me for things I had already been punished for. Would you agree with that, given the fact that you were dillagent in paying all fees and attending all classes,and going in once a month to have the Interlock downloaded at 85.00 a pop. I got in to trouble on the 18th month , and he revoked everything like I had done nothing!
Should this man be allowed to impose punishment that the judge didn't think I deserved. Should he be allowed to give you an additional year of probation because he THOUGHT so. Thats why we have JUDGES. If this man didn't like you because you were fat or black he could revoke your VASAP with the stroke of a keyboard, or punish you according to what he THINKS you should get.And when your revoked,,It's for LIFE..nothing to take lightly..This has cost me a divorce, a job,and 5 years of hell! He won't tell me what he wants me to do to get it removed..He WON,,And I'm sure he is very pleased with his work. Its all a money racket,,and DMV is corrupted also. WE need to take back our rights.!!

See a low-cost or free lawyer asap.
Be a real shame if this place had some major vandalism.
Also be a shame if "Simon" got a real ass-beatin, or worse. "Anita" doesn't sound like much of an angel either.
I think you should post their REAL names.
On the BRIGHT SIDE, think of all the money you will be saving on gas and insurance for the time being.
Your goal here is to make sure you cost them more than they cost you. And there's LOTS OF WAYS to do that.
