I reported this and tried to work with this company for longer than I had the account.

To sum it up, I received this in the mail from Blizzard

****Notice of Account Closure****

Hello,

Account Action: Closure
Reason for Action: Terms of Use Violation - Sale of Virtual Property

After a thorough investigation, we have found that a player of the account above was found to have participated in the exchange of virtual game content for something of value outside of World of Warcraft.

These actions violate the World of Warcraft Terms of Use. We ask that you take a moment to review these terms at http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/legal/termsofuse.html.

Blizzard Entertainment does not recognize the transfer of any virtual property outside of World of Warcraft. You may not sell accounts, items, gold or characters for "real" money or exchange these items for value outside of the game.

This World of Warcraft account has been closed by the Account Administration staff based on a review of the account and all related policy violations.

This action has been taken in accordance with the Terms of Use and our In-Game Policies (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/20309). Any recurring subscriptions on this account have been suspended to prevent further monetary charges.

VBarrack.com response to me in order to resolve the issue was we will sue you if you don't leave us alone. Do not bug me again Vbarrack, I tried to resolve the issue with you for weeks, and your lousy service is not 101% guarantee in fact I bet you don't even know what 101% guarantee even means. You can't guarantee an account because Blizzard does ban accounts and then we are the ones to take a hit when you do.

I do not recommend this company to anyone as there guarantee is bogus and when you try to resolve the issue with them, they threaten to sue you.

I recommend filing a chargeback on their payment if you fall victim of a dispute because it's so much easier and I should have done that right away rather than waiting weeks for no results.

We noticed that there were complaints that were posted on some complaints boards. However, you might also easily notice that most of the complaints there have a similar style and format. Some of them are even made by the same group of people. They just keep on posting similar complaints against other sites like us. This is merely the tricks of some of our competitors. Most of our customers wonder the validity of those complaints.

I was scammed as well

My account was recalled by the account owner shortly after purchase, I also did not receive any follow ups or support from Vbarrack when reporting this issue to them. I know for sure that the account was reclaimed by the account owner as I spoke with him in-game on the character I purchased. Vbarrack is supposed to have an account guarantee however they do not honor this guarantee. I do not recommend buying frim this company.
