Complaint Review: VCA Pet Hospital Crosspoint
VCA Pet Hospital Crosspoint9790 Lantern Rd Fishers, Indiana U.S.A.
VCA Pet Hospital Crosspoint The Vet at VCA Crosspoint in Fishers, Indiana laughed at me while facing having to put my cat of 10 years to sleep. Over quoted, under delivered and had no empathy what so ever! Fishers Indiana

The vet actually argued with me on the phone and told me I brought her a very sick cat. Well, duh... they are a pet animal hospital aren't they? It was a terrible experience. They offer you a first time office visit discount but you leave paying more than most vet's charge without any discount. It's a lure to get you in the door to gouge you. They treated my pet like a Furry ATM Machine and appear to be all about the money. Since my experience I have done a TV interview and heard from so many unhappy previous clients of VCA. They spend millions on advertising and sponsorships towards pet shelters but their motive is to get money and they don't appear to truly care about you or your pet. Pet Owner's Beware.. Save your money and pet and go to some other vet than a chain vet especially a VCA Aninal Hospital
There all about the MONEY! Please view:(((ROR REDACTED))
