as a 2 time buyer of good old vcs..lol fisrt was the proteva..they folded up... then the #8244? INTEVA with all upgrades had many of hassels getting them to ship and wrong things shipped took months on newest one..sent wrong size monitor 17" after months got the the right one 19"..was i suppose to ship 17" back?...lol... rebates came to 100 from vcs.50 for lexmark printer.20 for scanner..printer and scanner rebates came in few weeks but..vcs....not as fast contacted EYEWATCH.COM free service for public (sorry co was just sold past summer and re orqanizing to reopen late fall) the took action for me...not only did i get my $100 rebate but a $50 rebate for monitor...lol..and to this day still wondering if i was suppose to use the pre-paid lable to shipp the 17' monitor back?...lol vcs tech help..thats not tech help some $8..per hour person reading from a book...Yes vcs went belly up few months back...was anyone really surprized...keep you posted when EYEWATCH is back up and running...good luck all (about time i come out a head for once ;-)REDIRON ..ex C.E.O of EYEWATCH .COM
