June 26th, the Attorney General filed against Direct 2 U, to get another source of money to pay claims against Video Computer store.
The press release details the lawsuit and uses strong language to describe the business practices of George Capell and his companies, including the quote from the Attorney General: "In our view, this was outright fraud."

Don't give up hope about getting your money back, your rebate money or other losses. I believe there is well over 100 Million dollars stashed away by these crooks, and this lawsuit against Direct 2 U will cough up a lot of cash. It is not out of the question yet that the FBI will step in and other Federal agencies that could prosecute.
