I was caught in their lies last year. I became suspicious that it was some sort of scam when VCstore dragged their feet getting my computer system to me, yet charged me for my order immediately. I searched the net and found many complaints that were mirror images to my own.
After many calls, I managed to get my order cancelled and eventually my money back after nearly 2 months.
In another on-line forum, we've come across information that will be helpful to others that are either still waiting on their full systems, or have junk computers that do nothing but break down. Apparently, the state of Pennsylvania has a Lemon law enacted that will enable you to get free legal help. http://www.lemonlaw.com Apparently, the law allows for legal representation to be paid for by the company that sold the junk to you. In this case, VCstore.
You can also check the Internet and you'll find more information on how to combat VCstore.
Be aware that VCstore excutives have posted disinformation on the internet, and in the on-line forums. Do not make the mistake of assuming the executives of this company care about you, or will do the right thing. They skirt the law if not go over it.
If you intend to send anything back to them, don't just box it up and send it off. Follow the law, get the FTC on your side http://www.ftc.gov or contact the Pennsylania state Attourney General's office and get them to take care of your situation personally.
