VCstore.com rip-off

my wife and i have been scammed by the now, filling for chapter 11 vcstore.com. we purchased our computer and it was 2 months late! when we received the monitor i plugged it in and it would not turn on and smelled like burning wires.

upon closer inspection i noticed the plastic outer shell
of the monitor was cracked. i put it back in the box and noticed big writing saying "damaged/refuse" on the side. i called vcstore to report the problem and they said send it back, a new monitor is on the way. i hesitated to send it back until we had the new monitor in our hands. long story short, it never
came! we ended up buying a separate monitor elsewhere. we were unable to use our rebates, the computer has crashed twice already, and I can get no tech support.

worst of all the interest rate was raised by nbna, now we owe $3,000 for this piece of junk that showed up at our house missing parts, missing software and missing all customer service! Just wanted to speak my mind on this company....
