I RETURNED THE 32 GIG MOTOROLA RAZR PHONE TO BEST BUY,BEST NUY CALLED VERIZON-INFORMED VERIZON I WAS CANCELLING MY WIRELESS SERVICE,I SPOKE TO A VERIZON CSR
THEY TOLD ME I WILL RECEIVE MY $400.00 DEPOSIT BACK WITHIN 4 WEEKS,I CALLED VERIZON LAST NIGHT MARCH 7 2012,I WAS INFORMED BY A VERIZON WIRELESS CSR,I WAS CHARGED A $350.00 EARLY TERMINATION FEE FOR ONLY 5 DAYS OF SERVICE.EACH TIME I CALL I GET A DIFFERENT ANSWER,ONE CSR TOLD ME HE TOOK OFF THE EARLY TERMINATION
BUT THEN I CALLED BACK TODAY MARCH 8 2012,I WAS TOLD I STILL OWE A $350.00 FEE...

Under the Verizon customer guarantee, you can cancel the service within 14 days with no early termination fees if you are not completely satisfied. You can find more information on our customer guarantee at our return policy page. "
For the author: I urge you to visit the Verizon Wireless customer guarantee page of their website. This page also has a direct chat option where you can bring your problem to their attention.
I suspect that you didn't speak with a Verizon Wireless CSR. That's the problem folks have when they go through some retailer/reseller (such as Best Buy) who is NOT VERIZON WIRELESS. I have always used an actual Verizon Wireless stand alone store with good service and NO unresolved issues.
