This company faces a lawsuit from 2 ex employees for the total some of 65,000 USD. The first hearing in the trial is set to March 5, 2012. Be wear of doing business with this company, the owner Jean Marie is a known Scam artist and Crock. These people lie for a living and they will lie to you. They will present falls presentation as to the size of the company, revenue and business contacts.
Be wear, I saw it happen to other people before you. I worked in this company for 14 months and witnessed extreme mal practice, with customers, suppliers, business partners and buyers. Their merchant account was canceled due to many complaints of falls charges. Ive personally witnessed phone calls where the owners lied to costumers or claimed to have business relationships and contracts which were nonexistent.
I was fired after 14 months on the claim that I breached company security. [continued below]....

..... This was grasping at straws because it was simply not true. They claimed to have an email where I passed secret information. That email contained an access link to a Webpage with Resort information, photos, rooms specifications, ect. Nothing secret. The email was CCed to a partner that has the same name as my girlfriend. That was all. My girlfriend works in an unrelated industry and anyway, a webpage the resort uses for publicity purpose, how can That be secret?
They announced to me the next day that Im being fired and if I want my last paycheck than I should wave all my rights. I said no. They didnt pay me. I also had a Photoshop program installed on my desktop, which I had bought myself and had under my own activation number. They refused to let me assess the computer to deactivate it. Hey said theyll have the Tech guy do it. It never happened. THEY ROBED My Photoshop Activation Key and never returned any of my calls. This is also listed in the Damages suite Ive filed against them.
BE WEAR OF THIS COMPANY. DO NOT trust them. And Definitely DO NOT GO INTO BUSINESS WITH THEM. The will be looking for new suckers to lure into partnership with them once they will face the need to pay . I saw it happen In my time there. They've chowed through 3 "Partners" in the 14 months I've been wit them. Eached time a new poor schmock would be given the tour , taking to lunch an a game of Golf and got stiffed wit the bills 3 months later.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is a deliberate attack by a disgruntled ex-employee of Mexico Travel Company that was fired for repeatedly emailing confidential and private information to her husband, who works for a competitor and is against company policy. She had direct contact with vendors and access to private files and is deliberately trying to harm innocent people who have a job. Only a vindictive person writes the complete FIVE NAMES of a person? Who remembers all FIVE names? Surely we dont go by 5 names. This person abused the confidence the company gave her. The other reason for her dismissal was the constant complaints that she made so many typo and grammatical errors in all her correspondences, as is evident in her posts. Imagine getting a letter from her. She lost her false claims at the March court date. She provided no legal evidence to defend herself and lost the case. Honestly, If she was making $65,000 DOLLARS in commissions, Id go work for her. I am also an ex-employee on maternity leave. The company has no legal issues as she claims and I plan to return to work for them. There are no 2 ex-employees. Just Her. She also posted her negative fictitious comments on several websites to damage the company instead of getting out there to find another job. This lady was tape recorded and fired because she was rude and antagonizing and callers had a difficult time understanding her English. I know. I saw it firsthand. Sorry but I cant just let her damage names and reputations without speaking out. Also there have been no partners come and go. The same partners have been in the tourism business for over 20 years and are outstanding citizens employing locals and helping the community

Basiclly, people are saying the same thing: That they bought a vacation deal through The Mexico Travel Company and could've get a reservation, that thety arraived and founfd there was no room unther thire name, that they request a refound, tha the costummer service is very, very, Bad! And so on.
