Complaint Review: VIP AUTO PARTS
VIP AUTO PARTSUNION ST. LACONIA, New Hampshire United States of America
VIP AUTO PARTS Would NOT fix flat tire after their parking lot flattened it. LACONIA, New Hampshire
*Consumer Suggestion: I wonder
So reluctantly, I removed my tire and sat there for the next HOUR only to be told by the manager there would be NOTHING that they could do because the metal had put 3 holes in the tire. He then told me if I wished to PURCHASE a tire repair kit I could then patch my tire.
I then informed the manager that I had my tire punchured in his dirty driveway. He still insisted that there was nothing he could do for me.
I have been a very good customer there for many years. BUT, NOT ANYMORE!! I will take my business to xxxx xxxx (((REDACTED))) .
If some one had got a flat tire in my driveway because of my negligence I would certainly fix or buy them a tire but, That would be the decent thing to do.
