One card processed, but the second card indicated that there were no funds in the account. When I called the VISA office, I was told that the card in question had been used on December 18, 2008. There is no way that this card could have been used, as it was locked in my safe during the time stated.
VISA said that they would send me a FRAUD Claim; after calling them three times in a months, they finally sent the form. Two months have past, and VISA has not contacted me nor taken any action.
VISA said that the card was used on December 18th, 2008 to pay a NEXTEL bill. If they know that, they should be able to identify who used the number.
Obviously, VISA does not stand behind their Gift Cards... So don't buy those cards!
