I ordered Biotivia Bioforte Resveratrol Bio-Enhanced Trans-Resveratrol, from Viacost.com, they put my order on Back-Log and billed me, they then shipped and has been one month and never received, I just got billed again for the second order as per my auto shipment, I emailed them to tell them I got shipped a second without even receiving the first order, customer service answered my first email in good time but so far never answered the second. Thanks
