Diet-ZX is advertised on TV and on their website as a FREE product. All one has to do is pay for Shipping & handling. They charge almost $7+ per bottle for shipping, and ship a minimum of 3 bottles, AND it takes them 6 Weeks to ship the product.

C'mon now, if we are paying for Shipping & Handling, should we expect a faster delivery. What a RIPOFF!!!!!!!!!!

I work for the 800 number you call to order Vitafree products or in most cases complain. The majority of you aren't getting refunds or orders period. I know that you have emailed them or tried to call customer service which is mainly for the AB Energizer (which is another rip off story).

What I am getting at is please don't call us. All we can do is place orders, we can't check on orders or anything else. Most of you I'm sure that have called it have requested to be contacted, but never are. The only thing you can do is call the BBB and get your money back that way. Many of the upset customers have, where they have gotten I do not know.

I can't leave my name or anything because I have just put my job in total jeopardy. Your calling our number is what is giving me a paycheck. Please do not begin to call us and mention this response, because not only will my job be in jeopardy, if they begin an investigation, but you will also be supporting Vitafree and paying our bills, when you really want them out of business.

We take calls for many other products at my company, but this is the biggest scam that has been there. That is why even though, I work for this company (not for a life long job mind you) I always tell people to not order things online or over the phone. Go to a local health store and find a similar product. This way you know it's there and you can get it in time and you can use your credit card at time of purchase and not wait 2-4 weeks or years as this case may be.
