I OWED DELL 4 MONTHS OF PAYMENTS DUE TO MEDICAL REASONS. MY SISTER BOUGHT A TV AND COMPUTER FOR MY MOM AND I HAVE BEEN GIVING THE PAYMENTS FOR HER . I BECAME FAULTY DUE TO BREAST PROBLEMS AND SO MUCH MEDICAL BILLS. THE ACCOUNT SUPPOSEDLY WAS SENT TO A COLLECTION AGENCY CALLED VALENTINE & kEBRATAS. . THE COMPANY CALLED MY SISTER AND ME AND TOLD US THAT WE HAD TO PAY THE ACCOUNT BY MAY OF THIS YEAR.OR ELSE WE WOULD BE TAKEN TO COURT. BUT FIRST THEY HARRASED ME BY SAYING THEY WOULD GO TO MY JOB AND PICK ME UP WITH THE POLICE FOR OWING THIS FOR PAST MONTHS WHICH IN TOTAL WAS ABOUT 400 DOLLARS. NOW I MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO PAY OF THE AMOUNT WITH THIS COMPANY AND TOLD THEM THAT IN FEB WHEN I WOULD RECEIVE MY INCOME I WOULD SEND THEM 2500 DOLLARS BUT IF I RECEIVED LESS I WOULD SEND JUST 1000 WELL I CALLED TO TELL THEM I WOULD JUST SEND 1000 AND THEY SAID THAT THEY NEVER HAD AUTHORIZED FOR ME TO CHANGE MY MIND. I TOLD THEM THAT THE CALL S ARE MONITORED SO THERE SHOULD BE A CALL WHERE I WAS TOLD BY THE REP I COULD CALL BACK TO OFFER TO SEND LESS. THE SUPPOSEDLY HIGHER RANKED PERSON IN THIS COMPANY GOT FRUSTRATED AND TOLD THE REP THAT WAS TALKING TO ME THAT THIS WAS ABSURD AND THAT SHE IS READY TO CANCEL ALL THE ARRANGEMENTS I HAD MADE AND PREFERS TO SEND US TO COURT. THEY ARE VERY RUDE, THEY HARRAS MY SISTER EVEN THOUGH THAT THEY HAVE BEEN TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT THEY KEEP CALLING HER AND HARASSING HER TO PAY THE AMOUNT IN FULL.BOTH ME AND MY SISTER ARE GETTING DEPRESSED AND SICK AND ALSO OUR MOTHER AND FAMILY ARE IN PROBLEMS DUE TO THIS ACCOUNT WHICH HAS TAKEN OVER US. THEY TOLD ME TO GET THE MONEY FROM THE LOAN OR FROM WHEREVER. DOES THIS MEAN I HAVE TO ROB? THEY ARE RIDICULOUS IT IS NOT THE ONLY COMPANY I HAVE HAD IN WHICH I BECOME FAULTY AND I HAVE NOT EVER BEEN TAKEN TO COURT I MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO PAY DIRECTLY TO THEM. BUT THIS COMPANY IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT FIRST THEY SEEM CONCERNED THEN THEY START TO SHOW WHOM THEY REALLY ARE.
