I bought a projector from Visionari LLC/VVME and less then 20 days later the projector stopped working, the image would come on and shut off and keep happening (so it wasn’t a burnt out bulb). I emailed the company and Visionari LLC/VVME said that I needed to pay $180.00 deposit and a new one would be sent to me and I was to send the defective projector back. I sent the defective projector back with deliver confirmation and signature required. Visionari LLC/VVME received the projector and the name of who signed for it according to tracking. Visionari LLC/VVME clams they never received the projector, and there is no one by that name that works for Visionari LLC/VVME. It’s been 3 months now and still have not ‘found’ the lost projector that someone signed for from their company. They have not refunded my deposit and told me that there is nothing they can do and will not refund my deposit. Many times trying to get Visionari LLC/VVME to check to see where the defective returned projector was, they told me I must have sent it to the wrong address, I confirmed the address and sent it to Visionari LLC/VVME via scanning my receipt, even then Visionari LLC/VVME still said they don’t have it and I must have sent it someone else. I would NOT recommend anyone to first buy anything from Visionari LLC/VVME, and second NEVER return anything to Visionari LLC/VVME because it will mysteriously get lost even if it was signed for by someone at their company and you will never get your refund.
