Vacation Inspiration Misleading, Terrible Customer Service, No known Headquarters North/South Carolina, Internet

We joined Vacation Inspiration summer 2012 after a flawless presentation that was held in Portland, OR. They promised multiple vacation services at a low cost as they "bought in bulk". We've tried to use their services multiple times, we've went on 2 big vacations (1 trip was over $8,000) and didn't even go through them for services.  After comparing prices with them with Expedia, travelocity, etc their prices can a lot of times be pretty comparable or beat them.  Its incredible painful, time consuming and a waste of time to even try to book a reservation though Vacation Inspiration..

After trying them out for close to a year, it's been terrible. The salesmen are good, very good. But from there on out your on your own.  You can hardly get anyone from customer service. No one from Headquarters or the corporate office.  I am so grateful we didn't pay for the total package upfront as they are a rip off. Promises after promises, and then no one gets back to us.  Very disappointing and as the customer you get the run around.  Don't even waste your time trying to call them cause their a joke!

I will be more than happy to testify about my experience with Vacation Inspiration, we will discontinue our service and no longer pay for the package.  Their misleading and deceitful.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF VACATION INSPIRATION. Their another 3rd party who literally just collects your money for nothing.
