VRBO facilitates the rental of vacation condo's and homes by connecting the consumer with the homeowner thus relieving themselves of any liabiity in the transaction. They have a condo advertised on the site in Lake Ozark, MO and owned by Chad Michaels. Chad knowingly rents the 5 bedroom penthouse unit for weekends and week stays in clear violation of condo rules of no less than 30 days with a written lease. When the victims show up, they are not allowed to use the pool or amenities. Then they are unable to contact anybody to help them.
