My wife and I recieved many phone calls from many diff. so called companies interested in selling our Time Share. In April of 2011, we took a look at a Vacation Tree. We recieved the great intro and the best sales pitch you could want. We Guarantee to sell your timeshare in 10 months or we will buy it ourselves. VT valued our TS at 19k and would also do a free rental package for $835. We had a contract sent via mail and faxed back. Periodicly I would call in to check and see why I wasnt recieving any offers. I would get the same answere, When we recieve an offer we (VT) will contact you. 10 months went buy and not a single offer. So we contacted VT as it says in the contract. (VT) explained we will send you a letter that states you want to recieve a (Market Value Offer) and we sent it back with in a few days. Aprox. April, May We contacted (VT) once again because we had not heard anything about a offer. The Receptionist then tells me it could take up to 10 weeks to get a offer, from a broker that they use for this particular process. As of today 6-26-2012 I still havent recieved a Market Value Offer. Not a single time through the whole process, eccept for when we were still in the process of signing a contract and handing over our money, have we heard a single word from (VT). All comunication has been through me calling and getting the same answeres, "we dont have an offer yet, call back in 4 wks. After reading all the comments and checking with the BBB, I really dont feel as though we will recieve that Market Value Offer we contracted VT to get us. I have yet to wait for this offer and if I get the shaft like SOMANY have. I will be very interested in a CLASSACTION lawsuit, if anyone else is interested. Either way I will be seeking further legal actions. Market Value dose not mean Craigs List, or E bay.
If you would like to contact me inreguards to a classaction lawsuit please feel free. Thank you
