At the time of booking we secured the lowest rate for this client but it did not include any onboard credit. Following the cruise the client inquired about the onboard credit and sent an email stating that they had a detailed discussion about the credit with out agent at the time of booking. We reviewed the recording of the phone call and onboard credit was never mentioned by the client or by our agent. We have offered to play this recording for the client.
Vacations To Go has been in business for 25 years and we enjoy a stellar reputation throughout the travel industry. I regret that this client is not satisfied but we did secure the best available rate on the day the cruise was booked and no promises were made that were not fulfilled.
