Valentin Villa Of Tranvilla Realty Real Estate Rip Off New York New York

In August of 2008, I came in contact with a real estate agent by the name of Valentin Villa. He was advertising a 1BR apartment for rent on craigslist.com. I went to see the apartment, and everything appeared to be fine. When we finalized that I was going to take the apartment, I went to the office to fill out the paper work, and pay the deposits. I was told to come with 3 months rent, plus a $50 fee for credit check. I did so and moved in on September 6, 2008.

By the middle of October I began to have problems with heating and hot water in the apartment. I had to call 311 several times for this issue. I even got sick during this time, and had to stay out of work for 2 1/2 weeks. This was due to having to bath in cold water.

Inspectors from Department of Buildings and informed me that where I was residing was an illegal conversion. They told me that I had to vacate the premises immediately. I moved out, I sued the Landlord, Valentin Villa, and Transvilla Realty. The only person that showed up to court was the Landlord. Vanlentin Villa, nor anyone from the real estate agency showed up to court.

However I still won my case. It has been over 30 days, and I have yet to recieve the judgement. I have made several attempts to call Mr. Villa, but he is ignoring my phone calls. When ever I call from a blocked number, once he hears that it's me, he hangs up the phone. The law is the law, and I will not let Valentin Villa or Transvilla Realty get a way with what they did to me. I want them out of business, andi want their assets taken away from them. They don't deserve to live comfortably since they made me live uncomfortably and took my money. Please help me? Showing 1 of 1 photos
