Valerie Kaiser Mail Order Fraud , Files Chargebacks and Claims Fraud ,Even tho it was her own card, Hendersonville, North Carolina

We have had a fraudulent chargeback by this customer. She orders from us numerous times within a 10 day time span. Then she will give out a credit card number and will transpose two of the last 4 numbers and the charge will go on someones credit card. When I found out about the error, the correct number was charged and refunded the person who had the charge wrongly credited to her account.

She will not answer any of the emails that you send her and will not send back the items that you sent  her. I have spent numerous days with her on the phone because she actually ordered more and used the paypal system to make her other purchases. I would send her a money request and she would pay it and this happened 8 more times within a 10 day time span.

Also, I had proof that she made the order in question and the merchant account that I had ruled in her favor. Here I showed that she made the 955.59 order, then she came in 3 days later and ordered over 350 worth of records, Would you believe that there were records on this order that duplicated her original order of 955.59 that she was disputing.

This woman will order alot of little orders and place one large order, and dispute the highest charge. I will be taking legal action against this scammer.

I would advise anyone that has a order with this person to proceed with caution!!
