Well the company was giving my brother the run around he was trying to get financed, they had him go through all these different banks. They would call him and say your approved but they would ask him to bring information for instance mail with his name and address on it and them say that not good enough we need this other thing. The problem and issue will take forever to type but they kept giving him the run around and was trying to put him in a car he didn't want and was to big to fit in. He keep telling them he wanted his money back and they was telling him hold on we are going to take car of the problem but it took forever and the bank was saying they are having problems with the dealership and the dealership was saying they was having problems. By the time he got approved he didn't want to deal with the company they would not give him a carfax and then tried to make him sigh a paper stating that they had to pay for any problems with the vehicle. It was a big problem.  They will give you a lemon and try to take advantage. They are not honest go to a bigger well known company.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company

False accusations, from a nameless complainter

AUTHOR: P. H. VCI president - (United States of America)

Value Cars Inc. has been in business since 2002 (10 years), and currently has served over 6000 happy buyers.  Although the validity of this complaint can not be verified, due to no filing individual information (purchased vehicle info, Date, Customer name, or Etc.), I will do my best to explain how a potential buyer with challenged credit rating might need to recontract, after original contracting of the transaction.  The secondary lending institutions that agree to finance, a lower credit client, will verify all the information a client has provided them, with their credit application.  Now if one or more pieces of information the bank varifies, to be different than what the client provided, they will usually change their approval to a decline (it sounds like in this hypethetical case, there was a whole lot of mis-information provided by the buyer).  Value Cars Inc. can not be liable for incorrect information provided by a potential client (either on purpuse, or by mistake).  As this occurs we try to find a new discount lender to provide financing for the client, as a service.  Approvals may be different and require a re-write of the contract, (of which the buyer is fully notified and clarified of the reasoning).  This is the last thing, the owner of a car dealership wants, as until the funding of a contract is secured from a lending source, I have a car on the streets, with no money for it.  I would like to hear from this client if in case they do exist at (619) 474-6271 We are open 7 days a week.  Paul Hashemi  CEO of Value Cars Inc.
