So Mr. Tony from the Niles location called me three times in one day stating that he had received my complaint from the BBB not even through the ripoff report, so guess they will be getting back to me ASAP huh. He stated this was the first time hearing my complaint even though I called and spoke to a "manager" on the 6th of January, and made a ripoff report. Mr. Tony reiterated my complaint and said he would be willing to give me a better mattress at the same cost...in fact $100 more.
I asked him if Ms. Heather the woman who told me to purchase a better mattress/sales person was lying to me/ my money was not good enough still working there. He said yes, I asked him as a consumer if someone in higher management told you that your money was not good enough, and the product you had purchased was not good enough why would you go back to the store. He responded that of course not, that VCF was not a bad company/sold bad products. Which makes me question then why keep someone in higher management who is telling consumers that either sales persons are lying or the mechanic coming to inspect the bed is?
I am beyond furious with VCF I do not want any products from them, its clear that the actions by Ms. Heather is not only accepted but there has been no repercussions for her actions. I will continue my case with the Better Business Bureau, because I do not want to products/associate with a company that not only has bad products but supports bad customer service.
