Based on "googling" it appears they obtain your banking info from Amazon or paypal...so much for "safe transactions".
So far neither Amazon or paypal has responded to me - it is not much money, but theft is theft - looks like I have also been "hit up" for 6 $2.00 charges for magazines...no clue what that is for, and is probably part of the same scam as "Value Plus-V".
Watch your backs (and ccs and bank accounts) as it looks like "trusted sources" are not trust worthy.
