I went to van Chevrolet to look for a 2005 Chevy Equinox. They told me they could get one in perfect condition the next day, but we would have to sign a sales contract first. We did, telling them if anything was wrong with the car or if it needed anything at all, even if it just stunk inside (cigaretes, dog etc.) we would not give them a chance to fix it but would take our business elsewhere. They assured me it would be perfect upon inspection,so we signed it saying their would be no "we owes" and no "second chances"! When we went to see the car the next day it had leaking oil, bald tires, broken drivers side headlight, broken cup holders, broken antenna, stunk and was all stained up on the inside, I did'nt even drive the car and found at least 6 things wrong with the car so we said no deal! While trying to leave the dealership the internet sales manger Ryan stood in the way of our vehicle (delaying us at least 10 minutes)shouting at us that he would be"hammering are contract", sueing us for not buying the piece of junk, and would "see us in court",they called at least 20 times and I have their threats on voicemail(harassment). They are VERY unprofesional, dishonest, high pressure and just plain RUDE! Please avoid this dealership at all cost,if you dont and are not savvy they will con you,Please from one consumer to another STAY AWAY!
