Vanderbilt Mortgage has a monopoly on loans since they are the only ones that will give a home only loan. They harrass you if you are only 5 days late and heaven forbid if you are 30 days late because they will tell you to pack your things because they are coming to get your home. I finally paid these people off and now they have lost my title. I want to buy another mobile home and now it looks like they are the only ones that do a home only loan and I can't believe if I want another home, I will have to deal with these people again. It's almost worth moving to another state or buying a brick home.
