Vanderbuilt Mortgage And Janie Boling I'm out to make them regret what they have done to my family and others Maryville Tennessee

As most of our stories are with Vanderbuilt, mine is also long and involved. I promise you will be pumped up if you take the time to read it. It started at the closing table where I was assured by my Clayton homes salesman that taking me off bi weekly payment would not be a big deal and prceeding with the closing was fine. Then we fast forward to when he comes to pick up the voided check still assuring me it would not be drafted out of my account. Weeks later the overdraft fees had me in a bad financial situation which is not hard to do to a poor family as we are right now. Vanderbuilt doesnt bother responding to complaints like this. They say they never got the fax to alter the payment arrangement and auto draft. That is as far as we got until... Janie Boling began to call our home. Unconcerned with the situation at hand she had one purpose. Collecting. She employs measures such as patronizing insults, talking over you where you can't ask a question nor reply to her. It becomes apparant very quickly how aggressive and unfair she is. I did make my first two week payment after they caused the overdraft in my account but because of the overdraft fees I did not have enough to send the other two week payment due on the 15th. So after they finally took me off the two week payment schedule they then said I had made a half payment which did not post to the account because it was partial payment, therefore my mortgage was in default as of 6-1. Not two weeks late, a month behind. Thats why little Janie is calling. She tells me than that Vanderbuilt is not responsible for the overdraft. I laughed and said "If they ARENT who IS". Janie loves to play dirty.

The thing Janie Boling and Vanderbuilt did not count on was someone like me. I told Janie she would regret every word she had said to me from "You need to vacate the house" to "Maam I understand you have an illness so I need to talk to your husband". I have depression really bad and she assumed that made my husband smarter. I replied "I'm not retarded I don't like aggressive people" " You started this whole thing remember". Janie loves to tell you to vacate your home and tell you she is foreclosing. She also employs other like minded leagal organized crime gang bangers. They like to say "are you refusing to make your payment" when no such words departed from your lips. They accept nothing other than "yes maam i will sent my payment right now and forget all about the horrible treatment and how your company won't fix their f*** ups". Everyone up there likes to say "MAAM" a great deal but noone enjoys it more than the Janie.

I guess she feels well protected by her company who trained her and who's morals appear to be exactly the same.

Also lets mention the insurance debate. You have to have insurance to close with this company when your trailer leaves the lot. This means that under a program like ours called the "silver key" which I now call the "royal screw" you pay for insurance including contents but don't live in the house for a long time after it leaves the lot. In our case about 5 or 6 months becasue we have to do/wanted to do some of the work ourselves. So we paid for insurance we did not use. Lets say the trailer got plowed over on the way to your land. Well guess who pays for the increased rated because of a claim on insurance. YOU DO. WE DID. Hello! Somethings wrong with this. If I had lost all my belonging in my rented house before moving in It would not have been replaceable so why did I have to pay for insurance I could not use. I know why and so do all of you. Money and because there was nothing I could do about it. Thats why. How many times have you been madder than hell for extreme mistreatment from a co. and all you could do was go home and "kick the dog" as the old saying goes.

All that said I don't kick my dog when I'm mad and I use the word "Retarded" as a synonym for a plethera of slang and curse words. I actually really like people with down syndrome. I really do. Its too bad they are a dying race because of abortion. They could teach people like Janie Boling many things about love and compassion.

Let me also mention a few things about depression. I can't work because I have breakdowns and even small stressers do a job on my mental health. Although I am in a minority of people who have this extreme type of depression I am not dull witted. I am well read, very well read. Patriotic enough to know our country needs a severe overhaul. My IQ is very high. I am educated. I am productive. I am ready for the fight of my life. My condition is being exaserbated by Vanderbuilt now so I might as well fight.

Therefore, I have looked long and hard for a lawyer. I found one in Sylva. She wants 250- for a consultation. I figured this would be a great way to spend my 401k and my economic stimulous package. I want to sue them, both Vanderbuilt and Janie Boling. I plan on taking this thing all the way. It is crippling- the stress of it for someone like me so if I could just hear from some of you it would really keep me going. I'm really weak right now but I won't quit.

I will be asking for my home to be paid in full. I will be asking that Janie Boling send me $5 every week for 4 years so she never forgets my name, what I stood for, or the day I told her she would regret every word she was saying. In addition to this I plan on suing Vanderbuilt for enough money to pay for a housing development made up of people of my choosing. This will certainly include people who were bullied by this company!!! A free house. I think we have earned it. I know I have. I have pondered many times how their treatment of people is O.K. Well the truth is it is not but Americans have come to expect getting plowed over by big business. Its really sad that a majority of Americans are hard working people that are being exploited on a daily basis by people who CAN exploit them. They do it because they can. I plan to make a big dent in this problem. I can well imagine a community of people living in free homes vindicated from their bullies. A proactive group of people looking for peacefull living among people who have their back. A community of activist, a powerfull force to help Americans who need it. We won't have a mortage so that frees up some cash. Maybe we could house some homeless and help some elderly people who can't stick up for themselves. Do you remember when talking to old people was a show of respect for both them and yourself? What if this community was so awesome you could go to one house to chat and have tea with "old lady Gertrude", see Tom the lawyer on your way home about a friends legal problem, say hey to me on the way home and have a good laugh (I'm good for that some days), pass by Charities house to pick up food for your friend who needs it (becasue in our community we will have a community food bank) and lastly, soak in the pool and have a drink with a bunch of other really smart cool educated people who have free homes!!! Sounds good to me. Help me make this possible. Give me the fuel for my fire. Comfort me in this turbulent time and perhaps you will be the one sitting next to the pool that Vanderbuilt didn't want to buy. Peace (((ROR redacted))) Call, write me, encourage me.
