i also feel behind one month on a payment. when that happened, i began receiving harressing phone calls from their customer service dept. when i would try to make arrangements they were never very agreeable and didn't want to work with me!! i've never heard of a company who doesn't have deffarments!! is this true?? this is what i've been told about their company!! i've had car and other home mortgages and always had defferments available if they were needed. but they now even though i am one payment behind are threatening to foreclose on my home. is this possible? or are they just threatening me? please, if someone out there knows about this let me know please!! any suggestions by anyone on how to better get along with these people would be very appreciated!! they call me so much, they ran all of my minutes off my cell phone and now i don't have one!! sometimes they just call and call and call and never leave a message!! Why? i can go to walmart make a payment and by the time i get home they've called me again!! it's down right ridiculous!! HELP, PLEASE!!!
