first off, this company bought out my initial mortgage company and have been a pain to deal with on everything. The customer service reps, most of them, are very rude and threatening nature. You cannot expect any forgiveness from them and they are unwilling to comply with any request! Basically, I made an online payment and it was returned but I caught it right away and resent it. Now they're telling me that I can't make any more payments online or by phone for 3 months meaning I have to go fight in line at the bank and then at a moneygram or western union place to make the payment plus pay an additional $8.00 or so to do so. What a bunch of crap. They said if they unlocked the sight for me they would have to do it for everyone, and I said why not, at least once or twice, most other banks do? She then continued to point out that in 2006 I had 2 returned checks, which were paid, and in 2007 I had 1, which was also paid, and now this. I explained s**t 1 in 12mo isn't bad but to this company it is and they treat you like you're some kind of low life for making a mistake. So now I have to pay extra for the next three months just to be able to pay online again. Also they never told me about the online payment center so I've been paying $10.00 for every phone transaction and $8.00 for every moneygram. What a bunch of dead beats. I hate this company but unfortunately can't find any other banks to finance the home that's in a park setting. Does anyone know of any? I also recommend getting a class action law suit for the harassing phone calls and threats. There seems to be enough people that have been treated poorly and cheated in way or another by this company. If anyone would like to start one, please please contact me.
