Shame!
And shame on this person to put a faux disgruntled complaint on the net like a coward instead of settling this in court. Obviously the law didnt agree and sided on vanson which is why this jerk decided to play victim on this site.

This is our companies second attempt to set the record straight with regards to the claim made against our company, Vanson Steel.
We have successfully won in court and have documentation to prove it. We have a court case # etc. The claimant has been put into liquidation and we will probably never see the money owed to us.
I have now lost 2 clients who have come to your website and said the negative comment was enough for them to go to one of our competitors.
We have endured 7,000 aftershocks from 3 major earthquakes and losing 2 customers right now is huge to us.
I hope you take immediate action and call or email me to get this outdated, unsubstantiated claim removed. We are in New Zealand and have a U.S. company affecting our company.
Globalization at it's worst!
