Vantage Funding Unauthorized withdrawl and lack of returning money Las Vegas, Nevada

I inquired online about a payday loan. I did not end up taking one out but noticed a day later 7/30/2012 that I had a charge for $30 on a self created check. I called the number listed and it was for vantage funding and stated I never gave permission for them to withdrawl and to cancel anything they opended and refund me. I was then told it would take up 15 days to be refunded. I called once 15 days was up and was told my refund was processed 8-1-12, to give it 3-5 more days and they will have it done. called 4 days later still no refund.

I have since called at least 8 times and am told every time to give it 3-5 days and that my refund was processed 8-1-12. I asked for them to contact billing and find out what the problem is and was told that is not possible. I also asked for the ceo of this company so I could file fraud charges and was told it was not my business. I was then told to wait until the 9-7-12, which is today and still have no refund. i advised are they going to pay me interest as this is my money and I asked for it back 38 days ago and still have no refund. I also reported iot to the bbb, and have had no reply from the company yet.
